All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility. aryonplay shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify aryonplay immediately by contacting customer support.
You agree that all information provided to aryonplay during registration, verification, or at any other time will be accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age or identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.
Account transfers are not permitted. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your aryonplay account, credits, winnings, or any other account-related assets to any third party.
aryonplay accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00, unless otherwise specified on the deposit page for a given payment method.
All deposits are processed at the current exchange rate applicable to the transaction. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your aryonplay wallet immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfers and over-the-counter payments may be subject to processing times dictated by the respective financial institution and may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your aryonplay account are from legitimate sources and that you are the legal owner or authorised user of the payment method used. aryonplay complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account where source-of-funds concerns arise.
aryonplay does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for reviewing the fee schedule of your payment method prior to initiating a deposit.
Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your aryonplay wallet. You must contact customer support promptly if a deposit error occurs. aryonplay will investigate at its sole discretion and may, in appropriate circumstances, process a return of funds subject to verification.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful KYC verification has been completed on your aryonplay account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, and in all cases to a payment method registered in your own name.
aryonplay targets processing verified withdrawal requests within sixty (60) minutes of submission for GCash and PayMaya transfers. Processing times for bank transfers may extend to one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the receiving financial institution's settlement schedule.
aryonplay reserves the right to perform additional security and compliance checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. You will be notified if additional documentation is required. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, joint accounts, or payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name. aryonplay reserves the right to void winnings and return the original deposit amount if evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms is identified in connection with a withdrawal request.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published in the respective promotion's terms at the time of the offer.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach attributable to the account holder, aryonplay reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals and forfeit any bonus balances pending investigation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aryonplay platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the aryonplay platform.
Unauthorised use of any aryonplay intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the platform may be used by aryonplay without obligation of compensation or attribution.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, aryonplay's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine law.
